Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and all accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@jlgroupstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@jlgroupstore.com. If the item is in stock, we will process the exchange once the original item is received.
Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please send your returned items to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
